How we use browser storage
Aussie Fun Games uses browser localStorage — not traditional HTTP cookies — to store a small amount of information locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser and is never sent to any server.
Storage keys used
afgames_age_confirmedEssentialRecords that you have confirmed you are 18 or older. This is required to access the platform and prevents the age confirmation modal from appearing on every visit.
afgames_cookie_prefEssentialStores your storage preference (Accept All or Essential Only) so we do not ask again on repeat visits.
afgames_recent_gamesFunctionalKeeps a local list of the last few games you played so you can return to them easily. Contains only game identifiers (slugs), not personal data.
afgames_sound_prefFunctional (optional)Stores your sound preference if you set one. Not set by default.
afgames_display_prefFunctional (optional)Stores display preferences if you set any. Not set by default.
What we do NOT use
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, analytics cookies, or any tracking technology that transmits data to external services. We do not use traditional HTTP cookies on this domain.
How to clear stored data
You can clear all locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site. In most browsers, this is available under Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear Browsing Data, or by opening Developer Tools → Application → Local Storage and deleting the entries.
Third-party game embeds
Embedded games run within iframe containers from third-party providers. These providers may set their own cookies or storage within their iframe scope, independent of this website's storage policy. We have no control over third-party storage practices.
